👷🏽 Installation and Setup Guide

To get started with the ReviveAI + Salesforce integration, follow these steps for a smooth installation and setup.

Prerequisites:

• Salesforce instance (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud)
• ReviveAI account
• Admin access to both Salesforce and ReviveAI

Steps:

1. Connect Salesforce to ReviveAI

   • Log in to your ReviveAI account and navigate to the Integrations section.
   • Select Salesforce and click on Connect.
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to log in to Salesforce using your admin credentials.
   • Grant necessary permissions to ReviveAI to access Salesforce data (custom objects, fields, etc.).

2. Configure API Access

   • In Salesforce, create a new API user or use an existing one for ReviveAI’s access.
   • Generate a Salesforce API key for secure communication between ReviveAI and Salesforce.
   • Copy the API key and paste it into the ReviveAI integration configuration panel.

3. Verify Connection

   • After connecting, ReviveAI will verify the Salesforce connection. Once verified, you’ll be able to sync and access your Salesforce data in the ReviveAI dashboard.

4. Enable the Integration

   • From the ReviveAI dashboard, enable the integration with Salesforce. You can now start configuring your workflows and data synchronization settings.
