How to Cancel

Please email your point of contact within ReviveAI informing them of your wish to cancel, as per the terms of your agreement with us.

This will be acknowledged and trigger the cancellation process.

This does not substitute or over-rule any terms within your agreement, and any minimum terms or term lengths will still be in place unless agreed otherwise.

What happens next?

Once your agreement is cancelled, as per any agreed terms, the cancellation process will take effect.

• Access to your dashboard, data, analytics and any other features will terminate within 30 days.
• Termination can happen as early as 24 hours - so please make sure you have everything you need before terminating, or alternatively you can agree an extended timeline with us.
• We can extend your access up to 90 days post-termination up to 90 days, however you will be charged an ongoing management fee in that period.
