Please see below for a list of documentation/materials we ideally need in order to successfully onboard you as a client.
The list is not exhaustive and if there are any other materials you believe will assist please include these when submitting documentation.
Introduction
Creating your initial test Agent is a lot like onboarding a new employee. It is essential to arm them with comprehensive information and strong guidance on what to do, and importantly what not to do.
The more documentation and guidance that we can input into the knowledge base the more accurate and effective the initial Agent will be, allowing us to iterate faster and get to the point of testing using real data.
Documentation Checklist
- Company Overview including Website Links, Social Links
- Product and/or Service Information
- Marketing Material such as sales decks, company language books
- Call Scripts & email templates
