Calendly Integration

ReviveAI includes a native Calendly integration that enables your AI agent to check
availability and book meetings on behalf of leads and prospects — without directing
them to a Calendly link or interrupting the conversation flow.

Overview

When Calendly is connected to your ReviveAI setup, your agent can identify available
meeting slots in real time, present options conversationally to a lead, and complete
the booking directly — all within the interaction itself.

The lead experiences a seamless conversation. The meeting appears in your Calendly
account exactly as if it had been booked through your standard scheduling link, with
all your existing notifications, reminders, and Workflows firing automatically.

What the Integration Enables

Real-time availability — the agent queries your live Calendly schedule during a
conversation, so only genuinely open slots are offered. Buffers, blocked times, and
meeting limits set in Calendly are respected automatically.

Conversational scheduling — rather than sending a lead to a booking page, the agent
surfaces available times naturally within the conversation and confirms the meeting
before completing the booking.

Native booking — meetings are created directly in your Calendly account, triggering
your standard calendar invites, confirmation emails, and any Workflows you have configured.
No separate setup is required for notifications or follow-ups.

Multiple event types — the agent can be configured to offer different meeting types
depending on the context of a conversation, for example a short discovery call for a
new inbound lead versus a full product demo for a qualified prospect.

Always in sync — because availability is drawn live from Calendly, there is no
manual sync required. Changes to your schedule, availability rules, or Workflows in
Calendly are reflected immediately.

Requirements

To use the Calendly integration, your Calendly account must be on a paid plan
(Standard, Teams, or Enterprise). Free Calendly accounts do not support the booking
functionality required by ReviveAI.

Your event types should be active and configured in Calendly before the integration
is set up by the ReviveAI team.

Calendly Workflows & Notifications

All Calendly Workflows — including booking confirmations, SMS reminders, and post-meeting
follow-up sequences — are triggered automatically for every booking made through ReviveAI.
Any updates you make to your Workflows in Calendly take effect immediately for future bookings.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Reschedule and cancellation links are included in booking confirmation emails as configured
in your Calendly account. These are handled by Calendly directly and will trigger any
relevant Workflows you have in place.
